Drop marking-plan PDFs here — several at once is fine. The level and revision are read from each file name (e.g. "EVP145 MP-L02 [C]"). Re-uploading a level replaces its plan with the newer revision.

Read panels above pulls the numbers off a plan and lands them here. Or pick a level and type them yourself, one per line (or comma-separated). OCR is approximate on these CAD plans — always check the list, fix misreads and add any it missed, before Add panels.

Drop panel shop-drawing PDFs — several at once. Each is read and its Tonnage, Width, Height, Concrete Colour, finish and IFA/IFC (rev/status/date) applied to the matching panel, the drawing linked, and the status flipped off "Missing". Add the panels first via Marking plans. Reads are very good on these but check the results.

Drop cast-in plate detail PDFs here — several at once is fine. The code and revision are read from each file name (e.g. "CIP-CP1 [A]" → CP1, Rev A). Each becomes a plate type your panels can reference.

Upload the pour-location marking plan and it works out which pour each panel sits in — reading the panel tags, the construction joints, and the POUR labels on each sheet. It only proposes a panel it can place beyond doubt, and skips any sheet whose zones don't come out cleanly, so check what it leaves for you.

Set the precast install date for each pour, per level — the date the panels in that pour go on site. A panel's Est. On Site is read from its level & pour number here, so a date entered once drives every panel in that pour and its program flags. Add or remove pours as the program changes. Each pour is labelled with the storey whose slab pour it belongs to — a level’s panels go in during the pour of the storey above it.
